Goa has a connection with sea and its creatures in a way no other state can have. Every Goan is born and accustomed to its dishes of seafood. Even vegetarians know of the dishes that are there. Stop me if you have heard this but Goans make one of the most unique flavorful and exquisite fish curry and rice. The fishes are normally of King fish, Pomphret, Mackerel, Lepo etc. Goans accustom to making the curry themselves so each house hold has its own taste in it.. The curry is usually of a spicy and hot masala which gets you hyped and wanting for more.Goa has two types of rices that go well with the fish and curry in my opinion.The sticky small and fine grained rice and the fat rice. 

 The whole combo of fish curry rice is one in which no other state in India can give you and will take your mouth on an adventure.
